Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Tracked Delivery (UK) – £8.50 per order
- Free Delivery on all orders over £120 (ex VAT)
All orders are securely packed and shipped using a reliable tracked courier service.
This charge covers the full process — from carefully picking and packing your items to prompt drop-off and delivery handling.
Despatch Timeframes
- In-stock items: Orders placed before 3:30 pm (GMT) are usually despatched the same day
- Out-of-stock or special-order items: May take up to 3–5 working days to despatch
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
30-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the return conditions below.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless the product is faulty and still within its warranty period.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email sales@apexctrl.co.uk or call 01727 576113 within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide: Your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Return the Item: If approved, return the product in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be included
- Returns must be arranged and sent back within 14 days of approval
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, used or installed items, and clearance/sale items
Restocking Fee
If an item is returned through no fault of our own – for example, if the customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind – a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied.
This helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs and will be confirmed during the returns approval process.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount
